All the products of the Beni Komerc dairy are made of quality raw milk processed by modern technological processes. Sjenica white cheese, peppers in sour cream, Sjenica “kačkavalj” cheese, and kaymak from Pešter are made according to traditional recipes and have a recognizable flavor. Continuous advancement and introduction of new production technologies guarantees the superior quality of these products. The underlying business philosophy is the production of healthy, fresh and natural dairy products made of milk of the highest quality.
